About the Department:

Research at GKCIET is done by faculty members in different emerging subject areas. The research environment of GKCIET also supports interdisciplinary research work and encourages research activities with other leading institutes. Most of the faculties are involved in their own research work. The teaching and research are done in parallel by faculty members to enrich the whole engineering community.

Consultancy work is another area by which GKCIET can enrich nearby industry. Different industry houses are welcome wo come with their techno-environmental problems. Dedicated faculty members are always ready to put their best effort for solution or corrective measure.

Students are being encouraged in continuous learning in association with the faculty members involved in active research. They are also encouraged to participate in various project works and technical events which enhance their skill as well as knowledge in the area of their interest.
